practice yoga with me
I offer a variety of Yoga classes for you to explore. Whether you’re just starting your Yoga journey or have been practicing for several years, you will find a Yoga class suited to your needs. I love sharing this beautiful practice whether that’s in a corporate environment or in a one-on-one class.
I was trained in Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Yoga. I also teach some more unconventional styles like Aerial Yoga (so much fun) and Acro for beginners.
Of course! I have public classes suited for all levels of expertise. Besides, a private Yoga session is tailored to YOUR personal needs. So perfect for people wanting to get into Yoga, people who’ve been practicing for a while and even Yoga teachers themselves.
I believe in a more holistic approach and am very philosophy based. My classes will include meditation (Dhyana), breathwork (Pranayama) as well as Asana practice. Everyone is free to teach however they want but since we’re only borrowing Yoga from it’s beautiful Indian origin, I like to preserve as many traditional aspects as possible. Yoga is a way of living and extends beyond your Yoga mat.
Yoga is for everyone! Yoga can also be extremely beneficial to some health related issues. You know your body best so I trust that you will be attentive of unpleasant sensations. If you’re comfortable with sharing, I’d always advice you to inform your Yoga teacher before class as they can make adjustments, offer modifications or inform you on what poses to avoid and which you can benefit from.
Please contact me any time! I want my classes to be as accessible as possible and would love to help you with that.
